My AC went out and this was the first place I called as Sammy was highly recommended on the Next Door app. I am glad I did as I was up and running within a hour of him coming out. Sammy provides wonderful customer service, and he definitely cares about his clients. Prices were reasonable. I will recommend him to anyone!

“When we began looking into a new HVAC unit and someone to install it, we did quite a lot of research. We have SRP and I wanted to get the best unit for our home at the best possible price and get the SRP rebate. We decided on a 16 SEER variable speed unit and went with Goodman because it has a 99 year warranty that can be purchased for next to nothing and happens to be the sister company to Amana. We got six price quotes with a wide variety of licensed contractors. We narrowed it down to a couple and Sammy was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and helpful professional we interviewed. He was prompt and courteous and got our new HVAC installed within 2 days of our signed contract. He is passionate about his work and doing a great job and it shows. I have already recommended him to friends and family. We encountered an issue with one of the parts and Sammy had it resolved within hours and had us up and running before the end of the day. I called over 14 different companies to try to get someone out here and no one can come until the next day. I got a hold of Sammy at total care heating and cooling and he was able to stop by within an hour. Sammy and Total Care Heating & Cooling is one of the best choices i've ever made when it comes to home repair.
After being referred to Sammy by another air company that couldn't replace our 40 year old unit he came over a few hours after my call. I had a quote a few hours later, I gave him the go ahead to replace it and Sammy and his workers were on my roof 2 days later. Not only did he do an amazing job on installation day but he also regularly checks in to make sure everything is working. Sammy is a true professional!

I've used Sammy 3 times now and total care has always been very honest and fair. The other two times were for rental properties I was helping out on but today he saved my butt at the house.
