    I couldn't be more pleased with the work of Brisk Air in the installation of a new air conditioner and maintenance and repairs to my second unit. I was impressed with their expertise and professionalism. Being new to this part of the country I had to depend on the recommendations of others in seeking out a contractor to do this work for me. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

    This family owned company was referred to us by a close family friend of 30 yrs. Initially, we were VERY impressed & pleased with the owner & the work, not to mention the cost. However, the thermostat installed has failed twice. Twice, the owner has responded. Yesterday, August 8th, as outside temperatures soared, our thermostat again quit working & the temperature inside the house rose to over 90 degrees. My husband contacted him first thing in the morning & was told to leave a message at the office. We waited & waited, hoping to hear back. We then called him again & again to no avail. We understand that it was a Saturday. However, I have medical issues, our dog is old & has medical issues & the heat got oppressive in that side of the house. The only saving grace is that we have a second unit on the north/bedroom side of the house, so we hunkered down there. However, the reason for this review is that we never once got any response from the owner after the initial contact. All we wanted was WORD of WHEN we could expect him to be able to come & fix the problem/replace the thermostat. Today, tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday.... When? It only takes a few minutes to respond with a phone call. Especially as Phoenix heat rises every day. Not good customer service. All we wanted was a response to let us know when.....

    Updated: August 10, Steve came out to FINALLY fix our AC. Turned out to be a broken component in the AC.. He was punctual, friendly, wore his mask AND gloves the entire time. He was also apologetic to gear that no one ever returned our call & promised to mention it to the owner. We are still fans of Brisk Air, New River, thanks to Steve....

    One of my AC units stopped working. I called the company who installed the unit and he eventually came out to give me a quote. I was not happy and just had a bad feeling....needless to say, I called Brisk. Their service techs were out within an hour and fixed my AC in 2 hours....saved me hundreds of $$$, which is impressive. However, I was more impressed with their honesty, customer service and promptness!!! Thank you so much Brisk! You are now my Go To company for AC issues!!! ♡♡♡
