I love this store. They have everything

Since the change over from True Value to ACE their customer service has gone down hill, better off going to Lowes or Home Depot. Example, I was at their paint center waiting to order, Scotty the manager walked past me twice and never once asked if I needed anything. This morning I was trying looking for lag bolts, couldn't find them, once again Scotty along with 2 other employees walked past and didn't said a word.

Now, when it was True Value soon as someone entered the store they were greeted and asked if you needed help. Well, so much for customer service.

Great customer service. A lot of there inventory is kinda high priced, but they have some good deals in there.

Went in to get supplies to work on house, got help immediately to find what I needed and their staff is very polite and helpful for sure I will return.

The staff is so great! They are always nearby to help out (even if you don't need it) 😁

They always have what I need in stock and I never have to buy in bulk or pay more than I should. Plus the associates are always offering to help. Never have a problem finding what I need at the right price. 👍🏽

Good local hardware store. It seemed like it was going downhill for a while there and I'm not sure if it was an ownership change but they do have new employees and seems like they have been trained better than before. I'll be going back

Only place I go when i want to get in and out. Fast friendly service..try getting help at the big store. Five stars.
