Howard's Ace

I've been going to this store for many years and they always have been attentive to my questions and needs . 1 thing they seem to be falling behind on is I was told the owner was a veteran . I loved the veterans baseball caps they sold there. Im an Air Force veteran . The passed 2x I went there I wanted to buy a new one along with my other purchases . They only had Navy and Army veteran caps . Lol 😁, the only place I've known the past 20 years that sells these caps .

They have some unique stock that the big stores don't have, can't believe how much items have gone up but that's everywhere customer service i guess you have to get the right staff.

I was ok with them not doing my return because it was from another Ace but telling me I had to wait 20min to get a pice of glass cut because the guy was on lunch

Awful experience being followed around the store as though we were some sort of low budget criminals. I left the store after purchasing only a few small items since the awkward following around by employees and unfounded stares became too uncomfortable.

My family and I have used this hardware store a number of times over the last 4 or 5 years. The staff has always been very helpful, fun, and professional. Always a good experience!! 5 stars for sure!!

This was until recently a True Value we frequently visited. We went in to see the changes, it was still an awesome place with a huge variety of items, very clean with a very friendly, helpful staff. We will return I'm sure.

Not good help! Employees just seem not understanding what their products are! Hired help great there working! Internet web said they had product. They said you can't believe the internet!!!
