    Jason was awesome! From start to finish, he was always polite and respectful. He diagnosed the problem (which turned out to be multiple issues) and fixed everything in one shot. It’s that kind of integrity that makes him a true professional and warrants acknowledgement and commendation for such exceptional service. Bottom line, Jason is an asset to your company and should be compensated accordingly, i.e. give this man a raise! Thank you very much, Jason!

    My home warranty company sent America’s Pride to my home for my annual tune ups in 2021 and 2023. Both times they sent Jason. I am very satisfied with his work. He had to replace minor parts in both years that were essential to the operation of my ac systems.

    Im going to request them next year. I appreciated his expertise and diligence.

    Sketchy company. Won't return any calls or voicemails. I got an ac compressor replaced through the One Guard home warranty and it went out 3 months after. This was in the winter, so it was hardly used. They charged $140 per lb of refrigerant, and now I realize that is way over the average price of $50 per lb. Worst ac experience ever.

    Awesome experience! I was called within minutes of filling out an online inquiry. They were able to schedule me for the very same day! Jason arrived on time, called me when he was 20 minutes out and was able to get my heat up and running! I am a realtor and I love having positive experiences like this so I can spread the word to future friends, family & clients in the future who need service. Americas Pride Cooling and Heating is definitely now my go-to!

    Jason from America's Pride Cooling and Heating was professional, friendly and even offered to fix my thermostat. It was hanging from the wires on the wall and was not plugged in correctly. He didn't make me feel silly for not knowing how to install it correctly. He even mounted it back on the wall and now it works! He originally just came to do a Tune up for my A/C Unit, which he did. He was speedy! He called 10 minutes before he arrived and texted as well. Thanks Jason!

    America's Pride was out at our home Tuesday morning to fix a problem. They said they fixed it, but if there was a continued problem with water leaking from our ceiling, to call them. On Thursday afternoon, with water leaking more heavily than before, I did call, only to find that their voice mail was full, so I could not leave a message. So, I emailed them about the problem and then I contacted our home warranty company for their assistance, (who initially sent the job to America's Pride). The home warranty company sent out a recall request to America's Pride. On Friday morning, I still had not heard from America's Pride, so I tried calling them again. At least this time I was able to leave a phone message. It is now late afternoon and I still have not heard back from them. ( I have called back several times, only to get a recording.) I have also contacted the home warranty company again (Friday) who also tried to reach America's Pride. No luck either. And of course, America's Pride doesn't work on the weekend. I'm very disappointed and frustrated in the lack of communication. And I'm beginning to wonder who is going to pay to repair our ceiling, which is being damaged by this continual water leak from the AC handler.

    Update: I did receive a call Monday morning and they did come out to address the problem. This time they cleared the line and repaired the links that were allowing water to seep through and had prevented the water from being directed to the overflow pan.

    Jeovanny and Patrick did an outstanding job on removing, and reinstalling my HVAC system. New air handler and heat pump.
    They were on time, polite, courteous, paid attention to the small details, kept me advised on their progress and did a thorough clean up when they were done. And quick, in at 7 done by 130 and a cooler residence by 135.
    They certainly lived up to the Pride part of the company name.

    Called 9 times. Left voicemail. 4 days later no return calls. No wonder there's so many one star reviews. This company was contracted by my home warranty company One Guard..... they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either.

    We received an estimate through One guard home warranty. We received the estimate from our warranty and it included cutting the ceiling and repairing drywall if needed. That portion was about $600. At the time of the repair Jeo and Patrick did not have to cut a larger space to gain access to the attic to get the new equipment up there and no new drywall was needed. They wouldn’t take a payment less of total amount. My husband understood as I was the one with the email and detailed estimate at work. He paid it and immediately called me. I called repeatedly and left messages on general phone number (no one ever answered) I called and spoke to the home warranty and they said they would investigate. It has now been months. I am thinking even though small claims court may take a portion that is about principle at this point. I would be cautious about using this company. I would love a call back to resolve and then be happy to repost the outcome. I have all the documentation.
    I am editing my review as I did receive a call back and also a refund of the work not done.

    America’s Pride is the only heating and cooling company I use. Been a customer for several years and had them do a new system install a few years ago. Derrick and his team are top notch. They’re always reliable, qualified and take the time to explain things and are very friendly. Their motto of honoring and recognizing military and public safety service is not only respected but appreciated.
