I called on a Sunday morning and had a call back, before the end of the day! I was seen the next morning for a system check and to see what was wrong. I always feel that the service guy is very honest and trustworthy. He is a great asset to your company!!!!!

Noble Refrigeration did the original installation of our A/C unit about 7 years ago, and we have had them come out every year for preventative maintenance. The repair men are punctual and professional. This year, after the annual maintenance, the blower stopped working. We noticed this at 6 PM the following day. We called, and they sent the repair man out immediately - he arrived at our home by 6:30. The unit was fixed free of charge. We are extremely pleased with the company and the repair men. Highly Recommended.

Of all the companies I've ever dealt with Noble is THE most honest, competent and is a pleasure to deal with. I needed 2 new AC/heating systems and got several estimates. The other 2 estimates were for more powerful systems than I needed and Noble explained why I didn't need them & Noble's estimate was considerably less. They came on time, installed systems that have been trouble free AND - since they had to temporarily take out a water heater - were kind enough to install a new one without charging extra. This is a family-owned business (father and 2 sons) and you can really feel the difference (vs. dealing with a major chain). You can't go wrong using this company!!
