Mark and his team did a fantastic job on the installation of our new HVAC units. I can't say enough good about Arizona Climate Concepts. Super clean install with a high-level of attention to the finer details, extremely professional, a refreshing level of honesty (not seen from other HVAC companies), and zero mess when completed. Everything could not have went more smoothly. You can really see that these guys care about the services they provide. Just a quality team. I wish more service providers took this much pride in their work.

Our A/C unit went out and I called my brother for a good AC Repair company Recommendations and he referred me to, Arizona Climate Concepts. They came quickly to check the AC and gave us an estimate for a whole new unit. On the day of installation, they came early to make sure we had the AC before the real heat started. Fast excellent service and impressive work!!

Great, trustworthy company. I needed work on my a/c, and as you know the summers here can really suck with bad air conditioning, but these guys came in and helped me out right away. Which i was so grateful for. Awesome work, have absolutely no complaints. Trust me, they are the ones for the job!

Mark was AMAZING! I know nothing about AC’s and he explained it all to me giving me my options. He wasn’t pushy or trying to get me to buy the most expensive unit and he was patient with me as I asked all my questions. I called to have my air conditioning system checked. It was acting up and wasn't cooling very good. Mark came out promptly (within an hour from calling the office). Mark diagnosed multiple issues with the system and gave suggestions on which direction to go. Being that my system was 16 years old, I decided to replace the system rather than fix the multiple issues. Within two days, the system is installed and working beautifully. I'm very happy with the pricing, installation and professionalism exhibited with Mark and Arizona Climate Concepts! I purchased my house last November. In March, I thought it would be a good idea to call an A/C company to come out and check it over to make sure everything was ready for summer. They came out, did their thing, and that was that. Once it was finally warm enough outside to turn my A/C on I noticed it wasn’t cooling very well and called the same company to explain what was happening. They sent another guy out who told me some basic parts needed to be replaced. Since I have no idea about how air conditioners work I didn’t question it and just had them go ahead and replace the parts.

Fast forward 2 weeks and out of nowhere my A/C completely stopped working! I was so annoyed the first company had already been out twice that I decided to call a different company this time. The second company sent someone out who told me the issue was I now all of a sudden had a bad compressor it would be OVER $1900 to fix! The guy then proceeded to tell me there were several other smaller things that needed to be fixed as well, one of the parts was something the first company had already replaced! I definitely felt like he was just trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need.

I couldn’t believe this, I was so upset! I wanted another opinion but didn’t want to call the first company again so I found Arizona Climate Concepts. They came out, for free, to look at my air conditioner and I was shocked when they told me what the problem really was. The issue was a wire that had not been reconnected after the first company replaced parts! That’s it, just one wire, which Arizona Climate Concepts fixed for free! You don’t find that kind of amazing customer service anymore! Now my air is working great!

Arizona Climate Concepts saved me literally thousands of dollars! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The office manager was extremely nice and very helpful when I called to schedule. I almost dropped the phone when she told me there would be no charge for a second opinion! I will definitely be only be using Arizona Climate Concepts for any AC issues or maintenance from now on!
