If you need a reliable dependable HVAC repair, do not use these jokers. Scheduled an HVAC repair 9 days ago and they call the day of to cancel the appointment and do not even apologize or offer an alternative after making a customer wait for 9 days. They obviously have no regard for customer service or customer retention.

George was Amazing. Super knowledgeable and professional. My units problem wasn't cut and dry. George thought out of the box and was able to pin point the issue. He took his time to explain the situation to me so I had full understanding of the issue.
Air Essentials is my go to air conditioning and heating company.

I usually don't like to write reviews but in this instance I just had to. My air conditioner stopped working and with summer upon us I needed to get it fixed. I have a home warranty which i was glad to have even though on some occasions the warranty company hasn't been the best. In this case though I was lucky to get Air Essentials for the repair. The gentleman, George, showed up when he said he would and went right to work. My unit could not be repaired and in two days they had replaced my unit with a brand new one. George was very professional and I was very pleased with the service. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Company with AMAZING service! My AC Compressor went out. Service Expert: George Black, repaired my unit that is located on-top of my roof during extreme Arizona heat (I received a heat warning on my phone in the morning and expected a cancellation ((for good reason))… yet he still came out and did the job. A great job might I add. He lifted HEAVY equipment up a ladder and fixed the problem (he is a true expert in his field). So far, post-service, my AC is in PERFECT running condition (how George accomplished this in the excruciating heat is beyond me, but I’m so grateful). I highly recommend this company..

A pleasant experience with this company. I spoke with Christina and she addressed all my concerns and informed me that she would get my a/c fixed. She then sent out her tech George, when George arrived he was very nice and informed me of what he planned to do. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew what he was doing and fixed my unit. Definitely didn’t try to upsell or anything. Did very honest work. Will definitely use them again. The home warranty company is a pain to work with but once they get the air company out here it was such a great experience.

We had another company come out prior to this company to do a “tune up” and when it heated up this last weekend, one AC unit was not doing well. I called up Air Essentials, they sent George out and WOW he was awesome. Very nice, very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn’t waste anytime and had my problem fixed in no time!! The company that came out prior should have caught the issue, before it was an “issue” but they did not. Thanks George, you guys just won my business forever!!

I called my home warranty initially because one of my units wasn't blowing cold. They gave me the run around but I did get in touch with Air Essentials. They sent a technician out to assess the problem. George came in and took a look at everything inside, then went up on the roof and told us exactly what was wrong. It was just a fuse, he quickly replaced it and asked if we'd like our units serviced. He did a great job and never tried to talk us into anything that wasn't needed. I will definitely use this company again and request George.

I usually don’t like to write reviews. My AC stopped blowing cool air, so I contacted my home warranty company and they contracted Air Essential to come take a look. First off, they never answer their phones, had been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 days before they finally answered. The tech that showed was not very friendly nor professional. They was no greeting, long story short, he had advised me that my AC levels were great and took a look at the thermostat and still couldn’t figure out the issue. He took a look at my filters and suggested they changed them and stated possibly the coils were clogged. He never even took a look at my coils, he then attempted me to hire him not the company to clean them for me. Needless to say my AC is still not fixed, it’s actually worse off before they came to check it!!!!

We had the worst experience with the previous ac repair company!!! Our house has been without air conditioning for over a month because the previous company could not diagnose the issue. The technician diagnosed the issue within five minutes and we are up and running now thank you thank you thank you thank you!! I would highly recommend Air essentials the technician extremely professional and knowledgeable!!

Showed up right on time. Both Kendrick and George were very friendly, professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable. George took the time to answer all questions I had about the repairs they were going to do and explained in a way I could understand..Very trustworthy !!!!
