Air Essentials LLC AZ

Had my AC unit serviced to prepare for AZ summer. George arrived on time and thoroughly explained the details of my unit. I feel like he went out of his way to educated me about my unit which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using them in the future and I highly recommend this company for anyone needing some HVAC services.

George Kendrick is very knowledgeable and efficient. He knew the problem by just listening to the system. Swapped out a part in 5 minutes and we had air conditioning again. The world needs more vocational people like this! Excellent work!

We own a small, 5-Star Airbnb and we received a call from our guests that it was getting warmer in their suite. They said, "The A/C doesn't seem to be working." So immediately we called and George Black responded - said he'd be over ASAP. I thought, OK, this could be a while and our guests will surely slow-cook in their first Airbnb experience! But true to his word, he was here within 15 minutes! George was able to get the A/C back up and running within the hour! George is what I call an "SME" (Subject Matter Expert) because he proved himself to be VERY professional and informative about his profession in A/C and refrigeration. We are grateful that he successfully avoided a catastrophy for us! Our Airbnb guests were amazed at how quickly the A/C was fixed! As a result, we were able to maintain our 5-Star rating. Ratings are very important in service professions - we know that. So without hesitation, we give George the highest rating - a full 5 stars across the board!

George at air essentials went beyond great customer service. Not.only a thorough diagnostic with all the gauges but he satisfactoriy walked me thru what every dial meant. He educated the customer to.my satisfaction. He came to.disgnose the.problem and left with my loyalty!

Overall great experience with Air Essentials through our home warranty. Matt came out to fix our A/C, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly fix the problem and I don’t have to worry about it going out again! Thanks Matt!

Absolutely amazing service! George was extremely helpful and informative very willing to help me understand the diagnosis from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend to everyone and will be using in the future.

I read some other reviews on here when I saw that my home warranty assigned them to my A/C tune up. I was a little scared after reading some of the reviews. On the day of the appt. I called their office 3-4 times to see if they could give me a better idea on their arrival time as I had some tasks to take care of throughout the day. These calls were spaced out about 2-30 minutes as no one answered the phone at their office on any of the calls.
The sole reason that I am giving 5 stars is because the technician Lateef let me follow him around to make sure nothing bad was going to happen (as a different review stated to do). He showed me every step of his process as well as showing me the readings on his gauges and showing me that my blower cap was out of tolerance (which I knew before hand) and then he replaced it. The entire process from start to finish was explained to me by Lateef as well as some comments about things I could do better for my system (it was made in '98 so I was concerned about its lifespan esp. in Az).
