ChillTek AC Repair

ChillTek AC Repair installed my air conditioner two years ago. They were efficient, reasonably priced, upfront about everything, and very kind individuals. Everything works as expected. I took them in for an annual checkup today. They were punctual and thorough. I really suggest this firm.

I've been using ChillTek for my heating and cooling requirements, as well as my house and rental properties, for numerous years. They are fantastic and provide same-day service. At one of my rental properties, I recently had to replace the heat pump. They arrived on schedule and completed the installation in approximately 4 hours. They were both very competent and kept everything tidy while swapping out my old and new equipment. He was extremely well-versed in the system. I will utilize them again for any future heating or cooling requirements.

ChillTek has a service contract with me, and they visit twice a year to check the AC/heater. I was scheduled for an 8-12 window and received a call at 8:40 stating that the technician was on his way (they informed me that I would receive a 30-minute call beforehand, which was quite helpful!). I'm glad to see Mike at my door this morning since he had done some fantastic work for us at our previous house. As I recall, he was knowledgeable and made me feel sure that I understand the condition of our unit. He offered me alternatives to choose from while disclosing information. I'm thankful for the service he provides!

ChillTek provides excellent service at an affordable cost. I am a retired chemical engineer who is familiar with heating and cooling systems and has never been dissatisfied with this company. They are excellent.

My wife and I have a maintenance contract with the company for two HVAC systems, and the business covers practically all of the work they do rather than charging us extra. ChillTek has never overcharged us for its services and has never forced us to undertake anything that we did not require. This is unusual in the industry.

Mike and his team did an excellent job with the installation, especially given the difficult location to install and correctly vent the furnace. The company is deserving of a five-star rating. Mike came to my rescue during this hot weather when I was without air conditioning owing to a blown fan in my furnace. He came over within 15 minutes of my call to look at the problem and diagnose it, and then returned later that day to fix it! I would strongly suggest this firm to anybody searching for furnace repairs that are done professionally, efficiently, and affordably.

On Thursday, at about 5 p.m., our air conditioner stopped working properly. When I contacted our regular HVAC firm, they said they couldn't send someone until Saturday. So I began frantically asking around and ringing odd businesses listed on Google. For at least a day/day and a half, no one could send a technician. In the end, my friend advised me to call ChillTek, and I am so happy I did. I called them at 8:45 a.m. the next day, and the operator (luckily!!) put me on an emergency waitlist, and Mike was at my house 3 hours later!!! He did an excellent job of assisting me in understanding the fault, and he was very thorough, professional, and pleasant. I'm planning to have them as my regular HVAC firm.
