ChillTek AC Repair

This past summer, my central air unit quit during a heat spell. They were able to send a technician out the same day. I also experienced an issue with my water heater recently, and once again they fixed the problem the same day I called. The work performed was reasonably priced and of sound quality. This is a late review. We're in winter now but it just popped into my mind and I had to leave this review as they did a five star job. If I need something again that they do I will call them back, there is no need to go anywhere else. They are true professionals.

We couldn't be more thankful that we chose Chilltek for our AC unit repair needs! The staff over the phone were incredibly kind and got us an appointment quickly. Our technician Mike was amazing as he answered all of our questions, assessed what needed fixing, gave transparent pricing information, and explained why annual maintenance is important without being too salesy about it .

We ended up deciding to go ahead with the service! We felt totally comfy having him in the house which doesn't always happen when you invite a stranger over. If anyone ever finds themselves needing air conditioning help like we did, Call Chilltek!

When we called ChillTek, they responded swiftly. They are professionals and arrived the same day to fix the problem. Their technician was very honest and professional, and he presented me with all of my alternatives without pressuring me to select one. When I told them whatever option I choose, they had the option of fixing the problem the same day after I requested parts.

Mike's service was outstanding! He checked every component, explained his steps as he worked, and even recommended the installation of a surge protector which we happily accepted! To top it all off, Mike changed out the HEPA filter and ensured that our drain pan liquid overflow switch was working properly. We were so pleased with his work that we renewed our service contract for another year!

ChillTek placed this unit in my home approximately six years ago, and I've always thought they did an excellent job. Mike, was fantastic and on time. He described what he was doing and other information about my unit that I was unaware of. I am delighted with the service they provide.

We moved into an older home and called them for an appointment to help us address our split-AC challenges with the ac blown hot air or just not even turning on. Both times ChillTek AC Repair showed up and made suggestions that allowed us to resolve our problem with minimal costs. They also did a cleaning thorough cleaning. They were professional both on the phone and in person. ChillTek is the only company I will trust in Phoenix to get my ac repairs done. And when we finally can afford to replace this old ac with a brand new on mid next year we will be getting them around to do the installation.

We had a simple issue with the AC from what I was told. Then they were here they identify the problem with the HVAC quite fast and once they did one of them rushed out to get the parts. They repaired and serviced our unit quickly after the parts arrived about 40 minutes later. I cannot recommend ChillTek AC Repair in Glendale highly enough. I tired to get other companies to help but we have some strange brand of AC and no one could help. That's why someone had to go get the parts and the fact it only took them 40 minutes was amazing. When other companies didn't even know who to got to, what store or what supplier.

My furnace died overnight, I called them Saturday morning, and by Saturday afternoon we had heat again. I've never had to deal with this in the past as I normally wear pants and a jumper but this winter has been cold. You can't beat that kind of service. They also did a seasonal cleaning of the unit for a good price. Great service and very friendly people. Well done by ChillTek AC Repair.

ChillTek AC Repair had a new gas furnace and central air system installed for us. The installation team did a great professional job. The yearly maintenance work that was done on another ac we had was thoroughly completed. Overall I have to say that everything was done very well. 5 stars!

I will definitely use ChillTek for all of my future air conditioning needs. Mike and his crew were fantastic, and they were knowledgeable about their ability to replace our air conditioning system. Thank you very much.
