Called at 4:00 pm because ac stopped working. Had a technician at my house within and hour. It’s 2 hours later and the unit is working. Awesome service!

Had a very good experience with our technician George to correct problems with our AC. He went beyond the usual to check everything to remediate our concerns. He was very concise with all his explanations and gave us pointers for most efficient cooling.

PDQ technician arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem quickly, explaining as he worked. In spite of the super hot temps, he was able to get the system running and cooling. A good experience for us.

3 other companies refused to help, leaving me with no AC for 4 days in the hottest time of the year here in AZ. Temperatures were at 110+. One guy said he doesnt have a ladder tall enough. The others said they dont handle this type of unit. Pdq came and found the problem fast. Chase jumped on the roof in the 100 degree mid-day heat without hesitation, excuse, or complaint. Then he came inside and found the problem to be with the motor inside. He Got my ac running again. Turns out it needs a new motor but i have no complaints. Pdq has earned my respect and trust. I do not leave reviews unless i have a story of excellent service to tell. You should ask PDQ for a Quote before you do anything. You can instantly tell that chase has a high level of integrity and he enjoys saving people from the heat.
