PDQ Mechanical is one of the best companies I’ve used for my home needs. Everyone I dealt with at this company were extremely personable, punctual, and professional. Appreciated that fact that they were honest and reasonable with pricing. Never tried to upsell me with marketing tactics like the other companies.
Prior to installation, they laid out carpets throughout the house to protect my wood floors.
During installation, the attic access had to be cut to allow entry of the new system with a bigger footprint. I was made aware of the access issue when getting the quote. I anticipated seeing a big hole to deal with when they were done. Instead, they took the time to reframe the access and resecured the drywall that was cutout leaving only minimal patch work to be done. Highly impressed with their workmanship.

When the home warranty company sent out a subpar company to do repairs & they caused more damage and then couldn’t complete the job!! I called PDQ Mechanical the original company that installed the AC on the new build for our home & they have been Professional, courteous, accommodating to my crazy schedule reasonably priced!

Chase was the technician that did the repair. Very professional, very personable and did a great job. A/C running perfectly. He stuck around for a few minutes to measure temperature differentials we're good to make sure.

Will call them every time for maintenance and will be at the top of the list when I have to replace the unit.

Our AC went out on a Saturday in the middle of July... I called and they answered right away. The tech, Chase, was at our house within two hours. He was super personable and didn't try to up-sell us anything. The full cost for the fix was just a little over $200. The whole experience was a 5 out of 5: super responsive, a knowledgeable tech with wonderful customer service, and a very reasonable price. I'll be recommending this company to all of my family and friends!

Just got our new unit. Good price, professional and courteous. Love this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We turned on our A/C and it was just blowing hot air. Called PDQ at 8:45 on a Friday night and Chase was at our house within the hour. Turns out our Nest thermostat malfunctioned and was turning on the heat instead of the A/C. Chase rewired our Nest thermostat to force it into cooling mode and showed us how to change it back if we wanted heat. We will need a new Nest, but we were back and running with A/C in no time. Thanks Chase!

I needed someone to look at the unit at my mom's house. Although the home was vacant, they were able to get me on the books quickly. A simple thermostat replacement but I felt as though the company cared and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.
