When other companies try and sell you things that aren’t ultimately needed, PDQ will just tell it how it is and not focus on the upsell. They definitely have gained my trust and business for life. Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air at 8:00 p.m. and it was still over 100 degrees outside. We have small children and dogs and needed to get it fixed quickly. We called several “big name” companies and they either weren’t available for days or they just never returned our call. PDQ called back quickly and after talking to their technician he was at our house and our AC was back up and working with in 30 minutes! Thank you PDQ! We will always recommend this company over any other in the valley!!!

Truly a phenomenal company. During our heat wave here in Phx in mid June, our AC decided to clunk out at the WORST time possible. It was steadily climbing up to 106 inside our 2 story home. I was frantically searching for referrals from people I trust for a good, reliable and fair company and PDQ Mechanical was recommended by a work friend. Roger was able to make it out right away to take a look. He was thorough, went through all our options and gave it to us straight. We ended up replacing our entire AC/furnace and the total bill was beyond reasonable. It's hard to find honest professionals these days so we were so relieved. They made it out a few days later to do the install (poor guys in the 110+ degree attic!) and they were such troopers. Charles, Henry, Justin & Roger were so friendly, very professional and very efficient with the task at hand. We are so pleased we found PDQ and I will continue to recommend them as well as use them for maintenance in our home. Thank you guys!

The only company I’ll use for my HVAC. The entire team is great from Jeff to the field staff to the office staff. To give you two examples of how good they are: 1) they are at least half the cost to replace a bad capacitor and check your system out than anyone else I’ve used. 2) I recently call on my 18yr old AC which had gone out. It was a capacitor but due to its age I told him I just wanted to replace it. Lost would take my $$ and do the replacement. Jeff told me not to replace it and why. He is straight with you and that means a lot. I trust PDQ to do the right thing.

One of our A/C units stopped blowing cold air. The air handler was functioning however no cold air was blowing out of any register. I called PDQ and had an appointment set up for within 24 hours. Spoke to Kristen who was extremely helpful and empathized with my situation. Today, Roger the repair tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Quick warranty part replacement and I was back to getting cold air within the hour. Highly recommend PDQ mechanical and their efficient friendly staff.
