Fast forward to 6/19. PDQ installed new ACs for our home and did a great job. We obtained 4 bids and PDQ was the only bid that sent an owner of the business. Jeff was very straightforward and answered all of our questions. Their crew (led by Joe) were very professional and trustworthy. They also completed the installation in the time promised which was much appreciated. Would strongly recommend PDQ to handle any of your AC needs.

Always great customer service from PDQ mechanical. We’ve used them a couple of times for maintenance (capacitor, wire issue) and they are the only company we call now. Chase was our technician today and he was great to work with.

The team did a fantastic job. They were tidy and respectful. The guys did a complete install and had us up and running in a few hours. From the day I receive my quote the completion of the job we were very well informed of everything they were doing. Highly recommend. PDQ was a 3rd opinion and the warranty they offered for the same price as others was hard to pass up.

After several visits from a competitor we decided to try someone new. Our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly had a great deal of experience, he was able to diagnose very quickly, and made the repair in about 20 min. The competition kept changing out very expensive components like compressors; it turned out to be a fairly inexpensive capacitor. AC running great, I appreciate the service!
