Shadrach Plumbing performed an installation on a water softener in my newly constructed home. I supplied the unit, and Jared came out to do the work. Scheduling was easy, they confirmed the appointment and Jared showed up on-time. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Jared did a fantastic job!

I have used plumbers in the past that were crooks, but Shadrach Plumbing is a first-class operation and I will hire them again for any plumbing issues that may come down the road. Highly recommended!

I built my home 20 years ago and everything has been great but have run into a few items recently. Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling has replaced both the hot and cold water cartridges in my master shower. The old ones were making a lot of noise vibrating in the wall. They've also performed a faucet repair in the guest bathroom, installed a brand new dishwasher and a new kitchen faucet and fixed an issue with my RO Filter. My hot water heater is 20 years old and I have never touched it. I may have Shadrach install a new one for me just because I am "living on borrowed time". I almost never write google reviews so I just want to say you can feel confident with the integrity, honesty and quality of work. I have no financial interest in the company, just a happy customer.

Josh came out immediately for AC issues. My inside wouldn’t get below 80 degrees. A quick evaluation of the air vents and AC uncovered that the filters needed to be replaced and coolant added. House is staying nice and cool at 75 now. Also, advised me on services to assist with allergens. Fantastic service! Highly recommend!

I called Josh to service our heating units prior to the winter season. We were so pleased with the outcome that Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling will be our contact for all future service needs.

Even though they were book solid, they were able to schedule us within 48 hours. We were able to isolate the leak, so it wasn't an emergency. They send texts when they are on the way.
