First time with this company as I original used a local Fountain Hills company that retired!

Everyone from the office to the field workers were friendly, extremely helpful and did quality work.

Richard was the in the field person for me and he went over and beyond to complete my project with quality products and service! Plus very personable!

I'd highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I will also be using them for my A/C and heating inspections!

Richard was prompt and professional and patiently answered all of my questions as well as explained the service being provided. They followed up after the service to ensure satisfaction.

Kane arrived promptly and quickly determined that my dishwasher was the cause of the plumbing leak under my kitchen faucet. Kane pulled the dishwasher out and then cleaned up the entire area, so I could have a new dishwasher installed the following day. Professional, efficient, and very fair price for the work performed.

With a break in our main water line and precious desert water flowing down the side of the road, we needed help ASAP. Having promised to fit us into his schedule at what would otherwise have been the end of his work day, Josh did us the courtesy of showing up early, allowing him the time to assess and mitigate our situation before dark.
He carefully laid out our repair options, ranging from quick-fix to full line replacement. As the line was already old and seemed fragile, we went with the replacement, which Josh scheduled for next Friday. Meantime, of course, he stemmed the flow, sparing us from further water loss and restoring our peace of mind.
Just as Shadrach had done in at least one previous plumbing emergency, Josh and team came through for us with flying colors.

Richard did a very good job explaining the extensive problem and then fixing the issue. He had to tear up hardwood floors and jackhammer our foundation, yet he managed to do it with minimal disruption and mess. I have other plumbing projects, and I’ll definitely call Shadrach. Good job well done’

Had another amazing experience with these guys especially Richard who saved the day and did an amazing job of running gas lines inside and out. I told him I never say it’s better then I expected but it was truly top notch craftsmanship.

They were very professional , on time, and installed a new hot water heater. They did a great job and cleaned up after which is un usual. I signed up for the air conditioning checkup and again on time, and very efficient. Communicated with me both times and explained everything very well. I am more than satisfied and will continue to use them.
