PJ repaired our heat pump but went above and beyond to find the right part when the manufacturer told him it would be 3 weeks away. He knew another wholesaler in the valley who got it to him the next day. I hardily recommend this company!

Richard was very professional and explained all repairs and my options and pricing for completing them. When he experienced an unforseen piping issue in my almost 40yr old home he was able to quickly provide an alternate solution to ensure the repairs were completed and working properly.

Our master bath shower would not get hot and would just turn off when it got too warm. One plumber quoted us $2,000 to replace the valves and stated he would have to cut into the wall. I called Shadrach Plumbing to get a 2nd opinion. Richard from Shadrach knew right away what the issue was and we probably needed to replace the cartridge. He provided a quote up front and stated if we needed to replace the valves the cost would be about $1,000 and he wouldn't have to cut in the wall. Richard had to drive to Cave Creek to get the correct cartridge and within an hour he returned, replaced the cartridge and we have hot water again. The total cost was less than $400.00. Any future plumbing issues in the future I will call Shadrach Plumbing.

The service technician PJ, was very professional and personable. He notified us in advance of his expected time of arrival. He performed a seasonal inspection and service of our forced air central gas heating system. He also removed accumulated debris at the base of the outdoor AC condenser unit. He explained the Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling system Maintenance Agreement; Shadrach Optimum Savings Club (S.O.S.) , we now are subscribers! We recommend Schadrach to any homeowner who wants to keep their home fully operational year long through the professional service of Shadrach. You can eat at ease! The owners are proud of being able to service the local community.

Excellent service! Came to do a seasonal check on furnace. We signed up for annual service plan. They were friendly and capable and went above and beyond. They also did a great job installing a faucet last year. Highly recommend!!

After troubleshooting two issues the best I could for non-clear water and separate kitchen faucet touch-less problems; I finally left non-urgent phone message on a holiday for Shadrach Plumbing. Received return phone call next day, informed them of troubleshooting thoughts, and scheduled service appt for in two days. Agreed that they should come prepared bringing a new water heater. Provided with a 4hr window and thoughts on actual guesstimate timing; indeed received phone call when they were leaving previous location just before the guesstimate. Quite prompt; both men courteous and professional. Josh was great about educating me on the issue I had indeed discovered and my choices to resolve /replace equipment. I got new water heater; also opted for the expansion tank to elongate life of heater & drain pan for water security since had dealt with that many yrs ago. Very pleased with their work and everything cleaned-up perfect.
While old heater draining and co-worker got things ready, Josh began trouble shooting my kitchen faucet; then completed troubleshooting while new water heater was filling. Yep need new solenoid which I will investigate and think about; but Josh able to disconnect that portion of touch-less effect so I can use faucet the manual regular way. Wasn’t charged extra for the troubleshooting either, guess since was already here!
If I decide to pursue new solenoid from manufacturer or have any other plumbing issues, you bet I’ll call “Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling” for help.
