Firstly, speaking with Josh on the phone gave me confidence as he was professional and helpful. He arranged same day service to fix our problem. Jared arrived and was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly and professional. Within a few hours, our problem was fixed. We highly recommend Shadrach Plumbing for their prompt, courteous and experienced service.

Recently we decided to upgrade our kitchen sink, guest bathroom faucets, repair our leaky outdoor faucets and remove an old water softener. Not knowing who to use, a dear trusted friend recommended local family owned Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling.

Once arriving at the designated time, they proceeded with each item quickly and efficiently leaving each area clean. After finding water on my kitchen floor and in the cabinets under my sink I called Shadrach Plumbing and was pleased to have my call answered immediately and told that someone would be out same day in the afternoon . During the day I was kept informed of the arrival time of the technician Josh . He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and stated he was able to install a new disposal . The install was done in a timely way and the price was reasonable. Would definitely call them again!

Shadrach came to the rescue when our pipe at our water meter was broken. This was an emergency. I called Josh and he was here within a hour. he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgably. He and his repairman jumped right in and kept us from having to turn the water off to the entire house. I am very grateful to Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is need of repairs or installs.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. 2 days before Christmas we had a pipe burst behind our shower wall. My husband turned off the water to our house as it was the only way to stop the water. I called Shadrach plumbing, distressed obviously, as with kids and pets I can't have no water in the home. One of the owners answered and got service Technician Jared out within an hour. I was so relieved and impressed with the care, timeliness and professionalism with Shadrach Plumbing. When Jared came back with the parts to fix the pipes he was quick, efficient, kind and a total professional. I would definitly recommend and will definitly use them again in the future!

Needed a valve replaced on my faucet. Checked my water pressure, found it was too high. Gave fair, honest service that fixed the current problem and prevented future ones. Great service!

I had Jared of Schadrach plumbing replace all the old contractor angle stops and supply lines to the faucets and toilets in my home. Jared was most professional and did a superb job. He even found ways to reduce the bill by utilizing the faucet supply lines. I would recommend this plumbing company without reservation and will use their services again.
