Francisco was very professional and knowledgeable on the subject matter. He fixed the issue and described the cause. He provided maintenance tips and offered a flier with a great discount for HVAC replacement. We asked him to take his shoes off inside the house and he came prepared with shoe covers that he wore every time he entered the premises. A week since his visit the heating system still works so I give stars for work and professionalism.

Start to finish great experience. Francisco, the service manager, was so friendly and accommodating when setting up a walk through for a new AC install. Albert, Manny, and Jonathan were professional, knowledgeable and made sure the installation was done properly. After a couple days... oh no! there was a problem, the heater did not seem to hold the temp and it got too cold overnight. I knew something wasn't right so I called the office and spoke to Amber. She heard my concern and immediately showed a sense of urgency to get this to her dispatch and got someone to come out that same day to diagnose the problem. That brings us to Don, who I only spoke with briefly on the phone, but who reassured me that the problem was intermittent, but he caught the error code and it was an easy fix from there. My new system works PERFECTLY now. Amber then checks in via text (bc she already knew I'm at work) to make sure everything was working properly now. I don't need perfection on a project like this... there may be problems even the best can't anticipate. I do, however, need to see ownership when a problem comes up. Efficient Air took ownership and followed through to the end. I can tell they care, and I would trust them for my A/C maintenance needs in the future!

His crew of technicians (Albert, Manny, and Jonathan), were VERY professional and got right to work. They cleaned up when they were done and went over what they did.
