Great experience with Efficient Air and their staff. They got me scheduled and resolved the problem quickly. I received a call a head of time with an ETA. Lee was very professional, listened to my concerns, diagnosed, then fixed the problem. Great job and overall positive experience!
Extremely poor service. Extremely unprofessional Manager/Owner interaction when the tech put me on the phone to talk to him.
They send an inexperience Tech. Tech was on the phone with the owner showing the owner the wires and going over the colors of the wires and he clearly had no idea what he was doing, He was being coached by the owner over the phone when the owner could have sent someone experienced to look at the issue. At least they could have sent someone to coach this tech directly.
He was on that roof for over one hour. I felt truly sorry for the tech trying his best to show the owner the wires over the phone, trying to follow the instructions, doubting himself and asking again, having an uncertain grip on the tools and wiping the sweat from his forehead - all under the burning sun of noon.
I have no idea if the wires were put back correctly. I am holding Efficient Air and the owner responsible if something happens to my unit. Such as a fire or explosion to the inside of the unit since the tech was cutting wires based on what he was told by owner on the phone.
I continue to be with no AC at this time.
Very disappointed and sadden by this experience because I knew that my voice would not be heard since I was dealing with the owner himself!.
All I can do is to share my experience here for others to learn from it.
We needed to get a new unit. Efficient Air has been servicing our previous unit so we asked for a quote. They were prompt and gave us a fair price for the unit they sell. They install Bryant air conditioners. Did some research. Of all the brands that are out there, only three are well built, reliable and have longevity. Bryant is one of those brands. Dennis and Manuel were the installers. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. I will continue to use Efficient Air for service and would recommend them to others. Keep up the great work.
Very impressed! The young man called to give me a heads up 15-20 before my appointment. He introduced himself, asked me if I had any concerns he should address, and told me in detail what/how he was going to service my unit. He was not in a hurry, was very conscientious and filled out the report of what might need to be replaced, and what is working just fine. I would definitely have Efficient Air Conditioning back again. I have used Efficient Air Conditioning for 3 years now and have always been impressed and happy with their work.!
My appointment was scheduled from1200- 1600.Friday- July 7, 2023. The Technician showed up at 1544. He is knowledgeable and tried to trouble shot the issue. At 1750 he said the motherboard by the compressor is burnt and needs replacement. He has no parts available. He informs me that Efficient Air will call me to reschedule another appointment.
Jacob was a professional service technician identifying problem and communicating an action plan. New to the area, we did not have a service technician. We’re now scheduled for no-annual tune ups with Efficient Air.
I've had Lee out from Efficient Air twice now and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very rare from a company that also does home warranty calls. Great service
Lee did a great job! He found the problem of why the air kept failing again. He cleaned the coils and it made all the difference in the performance of the AC! He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable!
I live in California and I have a second property in Arizona and doing Business with this company has been so easy from last year when they were sent out by my home warranty company so I decided to replace my unit since my compressor was out and was an older unit . I contacted them and the very next day they sent out a technician and they provided me with a quote for the unit without trying to upsell and work was performed as promised. If you live in Arizona call this company if your looking for great customer service and professional technicians , And at a reasonable price with some additional perks like maintenance on the unit with a 10 year warranty! Its hard to find trustworthy companies and this company deserve 10 stars for their professional I believe techs name was Francisco I'm not good with names but the technician was a true professional
Our AC representative Francisco was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and considerate of our needs and situation.
