Efficient Air Heating & Cooling

Well all I can say is my Technician Lee was amazing.. You should never have to worry about getting fired. As a matter of fact. Someone give him a raise. He was a honest, professional and just overall great.. It's hard to find good people like him. 👍

I've been using this company for 6 years. They installed my AC and have maintained it ever since. They are amazing. I highly recommend to anyone.

Pretty disappointed. The company never returned my calls when promised (four times). I had to call back to receive updates. It seemed as if the folks working there had no idea what was going on. Now questioning if the repairs were completed with competency. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Search elsewhere and if your home warranty company recommends them, I would push for a different company.

I had a new AC unit installed by this company recently. They came back today to check the system since there are 2 ceiling vents that air does not come out of and the system does not turn off on Auto. Nothing was accomplished today. The technician could not get air to come out of the vents and the unit runs constantly without turning off. The only way it turns off is if I get up and turn it off. I am not happy with this company at this time. I paid a lot of money and this is extremely disappointing.

Jesse the technician who came to service our HVAC system was outstanding! Friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. However, I did have to call the office three times before I got a hold of anyone to book the appointment. Plus, the first two times I called I left messages and no one called me back.

During the service inspection of our 2x 4Ton roof mounted units earlier today, he was both very knowledgeable and equally professional. Did a great job, period!
Even our two boxer pups really liked him!

AC unit stopped working. Repairman Johnathon did a great job. He was timely and professional and most important to me, he communicated well. Fixed the Blower Motor in a few hours.

This company is simply AMAZING. I have used them for the past four years and I have never been disappointed with their service. They have always answered every phone call, and every question. I would highly recommend Efficient Air

The air is not fixed. It took your company 8 days to get to the property. Once there you stated that the Freon was low. Filled the Freon and never bothered to check for a leak. I left several messages once I had reported to the Home warranty company that the AC was still not working after 1 day. I left several messages on your voicemail and had to continually call until someone picked up. Waited another 5 days for you to show up today just to be told that the AC had a Freon leak and you needed to call for authorisation to weild and fix. Still no air and no word from Efficient Air as to when AC will be weilded and fixed. I have had to put tenants in a hotel for the past 8 days and now they have to go back due to the fact that your AC tech did not even check to see why there was no Freon in the unit. Extremely poor service!!!

Efficient Air is connected to my home warranty. Francisco identified the problem and had the solution! The problem was fixed fast and cool air is flowing again! Francisco shows that keeping a "cool head" is important for helping the customer get cool air. Thanks again Francisco!
