Armando showed up promptly as scheduled, showed concern about walking on my carpets, was patient with my questions, was thorough and explained the results of the various tests he performed in a seasonal check-up of my 2 HVAC systems. He found one fan motor that needed to be replaced, and followed up with a call to the manufacturer to find out whether it was under warranty (it is). Found EfficientAir through Angie's List and will use them again.

Technician came and after some discussion with myself, checked my mini split system and made some suggestions on it operation. He will also communicate with the manufacturer to determine what else can be done.
