Mario was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to my call even though I called at night sweating from my eyelids in a hot house. He came the next day and provided quality service and walked me through every step of the process. Being a new home owner, I was hesitant about trusting anyone to come and work on my home, but he came and talked me through what was wrong with my unit, and he also advised me on how little help my home warranty would do me (come to find out they were willing to leave me in a hot house with asthma during the summer of Covid-19.) He helped me save thousands by replacing the depleted Freon and advising me routine maintenance things I could do to extend the life of my HVAC unit. I am happy to say I will be calling him for future issues.
