They came right out within hours of calling. The repairman was very professional. Quickly identified the issues and made the repair. In and out in less than an hour. I didn't shop around, but $350 out the door to replace a broken capacitor didn't strike me as a bad value. I really have no frame of reference on pricing tbf.

Honest company. Came out to inspect our AC unit in preparation for summer. Tech Informed everything was in good working order with the exception of a capacitor that was operating out of spec. Tech showed us the voltage reading and advised as to the correct voltage the capacitor should be creating. Would recommend and will use in the future.
