I knew before the guy came out what was wrong with my dryer. One phone call and they came out the same day... Wanted to come out in the morning but I like my beauty sleep (retired) so they came out in the afternoon. Very nice clean cut guy. He went and got the parts and came back and fixed it. Two broken belts... In and out, really nice and very low prices. I would use them anyday, anytime.. Great service and I thank you.

May 17th They sent me few very big guys I never see. They are very rude and mean.
They told me they fill up my freon about 6lbd. It was only take them about few minutes. They took off very quickly and 5 minutes later it was all gone. I call them back and same guys show up. And they are rude and mean till very end. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I am very pleased with the service I received from them. They were in an out in less than an hour to fix my A/C unit. I commend them as well as affordable.

They help me twice, second time they were able to trouble shoot the issue by the phone and did not cost me a dime. They are professional and friendly. Strongly recommend.

Recently during one of our months in storms are air conditioning went out we called a few places but most of them are too busy to come out wind up calling West Valley AC and heating within 3 hours they showed up they found out what was wrong came back for hours later with the parts install the parts and had our AC back up and running within 5 hours I highly recommend West Valley Air Conditioning Heating
