Fantastic service. Had a leak and they came right out and repaired it quickly. Unfortunately a couple weeks later it sprung another leak that wasn’t repairable. They were able to install a new on that same day. Great people to work with!

I have used Extreme Heating and Air services for a couple years now. They have replaced my hot water heater and my gas furnace along with various other issues. Every time they have provided the best customer service ever! They have provided communications from start to finish! Highly recommend this company!!

We have used Extreme several times before and recently used them again for issues with our water heater. They were booked up but said they would get out as soon as possible to look at it. Matt, one of the technicians came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He found some other valid issues, offered some suggestions while he was there. He was awesome and took care of them right then. He ordered a new water heater and Tyler came out two days early to install it. These guys are great and really know their stuff. Like Matt, Tyler was friendly, professional and meticulous. He got us up and running in no time and the bill was very fair. We highly recommend these folks to anyone who wants great service or repair to their heating, air conditioning or plumbing issues.

Our water heater wasn't working, so we called in the morning and they were able to have someone out to look at it by early afternoon. Our technician, James J., was friendly and professional, quickly assessed the problem and resolved it. We were back up and running hot water in no time!

They provided great service. Water heater busted middle of the night and they had a brand new water heater installed in just a few hours! The employees at the store were great to work with as well. The two gentlemen who came out and worked my issue were wonderfully professional and easy to chat with when I had questions. Would absolutely recommend this company.

I called Extreme to fix a tough shower problem late Saturday night. Grant came within 45 minutes with a friendly smile and got right to work. He fixed the issue in less time than what I was expecting, and charged less than what I paid competitors in the past. Based upon this experience I had with Extreme, I am now going to have them do all my plumbing needs, including my annual water heater and furnace service. If you want fast, friendly, professional work done at reasonable prices, go with Extreme. I highly recommend Grant.

These guys are amazing. On such a short notice they came out to my house to do an estimate and gave me so much information on my leak, system efficiency, and answered my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future for the many repairs and upgrades my home needs. I can't imagine a better company and would highly recommend them to everyone.

We just had our old furnace replaced by Extreme Heating and Air, Eagle River, AK -- yesterday, in fact! The whole process was nothing but a pleasure and a good deal. We sent a query online, and Shane called us within 5 minutes. Super quick! He came out the next day and gave us a quote that, after our checking around, was a good price and we accepted. He let us pick the time to install (we had other things going on). On that day Paul came out and was stellar in his work. Installation involved removing all the 30+ year-old furnace and ductwork and humidifier, etc. and installing all new sheet metal and furnace and everything. Communication all along was super. This was company was GREAT! It was a pleasure and so easy to deal with them. AAA+ in our book, and we would use them again and recommend them to friends.

I had my garage unit heater serviced due to the pilot light not lighting/keeping lit. Extreme heating came out, were on-time, and did a thorough job of fixing the issue. My technician was thorough, honest, and took his time to ensure the problem was fixed (by cycling the heater) before he left. He also noticed that the air filters on my furnace were in dire need of replacement and replaced them free of charge. This company is very honest in their pricing, their service and ethics. I was very impressed with everything and will be calling them again.
