Cordell responded without the hour to me requesting a quote. due to my work schedule, I was able to send him pictures and he was able to send a quote that same day. The job was scheduled to start at 8am and Robin and his install team were promptly there 5 min prior and ready to work. I have had other services done by other businesses and was given time blocks so would be left sitting there for sometimes hours waiting. This was not the case. They did an amazing and VERY clean install. After they changed my tank water heater to a new tankless system, Robin took the time to go over in detail how the system worked, service recommendations, and took the time to answer all of our questions before packing up. I would recommend this company without any reservations to anyone needing ANY style of plumbing or heating services. I cannon speak highly enough of them.

Cordell and his crew are top notch professionals. Their communication and work is on point. You can tell a lot about a great team when they communicate with each other in a positive, teaching and motivating way. Definitely recommend!

Very very fast and efficient diagnosis. The heater motor went out and Corbin was able to diagnose the issue, get the parts, and install a new one within 3 hours from when I called him. Super fast and I would recommend anyone give these guys a call first.

Cordell not only installed our new tankless heating system, he was able to repair and install some other plumbing issues we had. He did an amazing job and even worked over the weekend trying to ensure that we had our hot water service returned ASAP. Wow, Eagle River Heating and Mechanical really saved us when we had a pipe break in the ceiling and start flooding our house. They fit us in immediately, even though it was the evening and they would have been done for the day. They stopped the leak, replaced the section of pipe, removed the damaged ceiling and prepped it for repair, and explained what caused the problem and what to watch out for in the future. This was probably the fastest response time and most thorough resolution we’ve ever experienced for something like this; I can’t recommend this business highly enough.
