I manage a general contracting company, I have hired this company for multiple jobs. These guys are extremely responsive and knowledgeable which is hard to find these days.

Called to have my furnace looked at and was happy with the time it took to respond and fix the problem. However was charged for 2 hours when the actual repair took less then 45 mins. Piss poor value. Guess it cost me $250 to never use this company again. Not to mention the problem is still happening and not fixed.

ERHM has helped our family through a few pinches. And when they weren't immediately available for our emergency, they referred us to a trusted company who was just as solid, and Cordell followed up with us on that company's service.

Friendly, thorough, attention to detail, just absolutely pleasant to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire crew.
