    Earthquake Aftermath - I was without heat and hot water, Brandon Lowe showed up on Monday, Dec. 3rd and apologized for the wait. I said what wait, I did not think they would get to me until Thursday...What a great surprise! I found Brandon, quick, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Brandon for taking the time to explain what was replaced and to go above and beyond. Great service, repaired the garage heater, replaced parts on Boiler and labeled the pipes while waiting for water to drain - I now have heat & hot water, woohoo!     I am extremely happy about this company, from the first phone call to the end, they have been nothing but, considerate and kind to us. Had called to get an estimate on a new furnace after a nightmare of a previous company tried to scam us. They came out and called me with an estimate on how much it would cost to completely replace it with it being a Friday. He also said that they could come out the next day and the labor price would be if it would have been a weekday because of this giant headache we have been dealing with. I said lets do it and he said that he would get everything ready and they would be out there the next morning. They came out, were very considerate of not tracking snow/ice thoughout my home and went through about what they were going to do. They were more then happy to intergrate the new furnace with the old ducting and said that it was something they did everyday. I was just expecting to get a new furnace, instead I got a new furnace, and new thermostat, and a filter that filtered out all the acidic material from the water coming out of the furnace so that it wouldn't kill my pipes, for the price i was quoted. After they were done, they then walked me through everything they did and showed me how to use/program my new thermostat. Would call them again in a heartbeat if i had anything else that needed to be done. Very easy to work with and fast at what they do.

    These guys are so awesome I would never call anybody else! Had heating issues during a very bad cold spell and they immediately came out and fixed my problem. These people are fair and have a great ethics. Grant and Mel were so easy to deal with. Good value for my money, will continue to use them again

    We just had Extreme heating come out to our house and instal a new furnace and hot water heater. They we’re awesome! Three guys working all day and didn’t leave until he job was done. They were respectful of our house, and had a competitive price for the job. I would recommend them if you have HVAC needs.

    If you have an appointment with them, be prepared for them to just show up when they please. Had an appointment, was informed 5 minutes before my appointment time that he (Matt) would be 2 HOURS late. Are you kidding me, send someone else then, I have a job like everyone else that I need to get back to. Nope, so I waited for 3 hours before giving up and heading back to work because I had to pick up my kids..in route, Matt calls and wants to come now 3 hours and 15 minutes passed the appointment time. Tried to call their office 6 times, finally I get an answer and told "I'm sorry, the manager is helping another customer and he will call you back very shortly." Never received a call back. I have a job in customer service and if I did that to my customers, my butt would be in hot water. Worse than the cable company...we will be there between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. Do yourself a favor and save the hassle and hire someone else who is more dependable. I hired them initially by the good reviews here...so I didn't expect this kind of treatment at all and even to a military servicemember. Thanks for wasting 3.5 hours of my day, my time is precious too you know.

    UPDATE: I received a call from their office at 4:15 p.m. apologizing and wanting to reschedule...more than 4 hours after my appointment. Why in the hell would I want to do that so you can waste more of my time. I waited 2 days for my appointment...and now had to hire another company but cant get out for 4 days. So, them not showing up made me deal with my furnace issue for 6 days. Save yourself the hassle folks!

    I had to pay an emergency call at midnight last thursday after a pipe burst in my house. The water rapidly made a wading pool. I called a couple of emergency plumbers and they were tied up. I turned off my water and heater to stop the flood. When i got a hold of extreme heating the call was answered politely, he stated the rates, and said he was in wasilla on a job but would be ther in 1 hour. Exactly 1 hour later he was there. Accessed the situation, est. the time it would take, and went to work. I would highly recommend this plumbing company. He was knowledgable and made sure my heating system was kicking in for the 3 areas it had to cover. I have gone on to have my 37 year old furnace and water heater replaced. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

    Attempted to schedule them to help inspect my system and show us how to get it working correctly after installing a new thermostat. The person who answered treated me like a child and wouldn't even answer a simple question. If you have another option, use it. It's unfortunate that this is the experience of a potential new customer

    Call them to get my heating checked. They only had after hours appoitments which means $70 more but they dont tell you till the bill comes.
    First day couldn't fix the problem. Second day charge again to install a part. Total almost$700.

    If you charge the first day for nothing the second time should be just charge for the part.
