Rise Heat and Air

My name is Dina Lerhman. Last year was the first time I called this company. It was on a rainy Sunday night and I had no AC. I was hysterical after having a heart attack. The owner Ben Rise, came very late, in the rain, reassured me he would be there the next day so i wouldn't have to suffer. On top of this. He charged me $600 less than the bigger companies. I will never forget him going so out of his way to help me, on a stormy rainy night. I haven't' had a problem since. Then my air stopped working last week. Ironically I suffered another heart attack. This time his son came. The piece I needed was ordered and he came back 1st thing the next day to install it. Unfortunately he couldn't, lightning struck the unit and I needed a whole new one. I didn't know what to do, and the son calmly reassured me that his dad would handle it. The owner/dad told me to call my house insurance and promptly installed the AC with all three of his sons. He always answered the phone when I called him. He made me feel I was more important than the money. He was prompt, professional and caring. I'll recommend him anytime.

These folks were phenomenal, our AC had been making vibration sounds and they came out pretty fast. They walked us through the whole process that it was an older condenser that just needed a quick insulation wrap and not a replacement. They verified that it didn't need replacement and saved us a ton in the long run. Ben was our tech and was very professional and courteous. We will definitely be calling these folks for all of our heating and cooling needs.

I called at 8:30 in the morning and they came out by 10:00 on the same day. They were excellent to deal with and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Excellent service and will use them again. Thank you so much for your great service!!!!!

Ben and his team were prompt, professional and thorough! I had problems with one of my units and they were at my house within hours of my call on a busy summer day. They checked both my units and outside and inside to be sure they didn't miss anything. They didn't try to push me into any expensive contracts or maintenance schedule....they just serviced my units and let me get on with my day.

Ben and his team are awesome. Very professional and very informative. Switched out a 20 year old unit for me and I could not be more pleased with the job they done. Anyone needing hvac work done should definitely consider using Rise Heat and Air.

Rise suggested us to change our entire unit so we decided to acquire a second opinion from another company who only charged us $50 to troubleshoot and replace a part. And it’s been running good for months!! Saved us thousands of $$$ not using Rise!!!

I was very sad and disappointed in doing business with Rise. I was charged twice what my job actually cost. The guy doing the actual work was not even reimbursed the materials he bought. I would not recommend this company at all.

Sunday on Mothers Day, I called and talked to Ben. He came out and inspected my AC and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was having a procedure the Monday following and they came out took care of it while I was under the knife. Extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend Rise to anyone! Thank you again Ben and team!

Called Rise at 9am on a Saturday morning, about my downstairs AC, by 10:20 we had cool air. Fast, courteous, reasonable. Will definitely call them first, next time.
