Rise Heat and Air

By chance, we ran into Ben and Michelle over the weekend. I mentioned to Ben that I'd feel better if he'd take a look at our gas pack heating unit. It would run for a while, then shut down. He arrived promptly on Monday morning. I had done some internet research and was a little worried the repair might be a large bill. Ben was able to clean the existing parts and stayed to make sure it ran well. He called me and explained what he found. It was 22 degrees that night, so we were very pleased to be fixed and up and running in a short time. He called again the next day, making sure we were 100% satisfied. I will certainly call Rise Heat & Air for future service.

Absolutely the best! Veteran owned, staffed by knowledgeable family members, a father and sons business at its finest! I have had Ben replace two HVAC units at two different homes and perform service calls on older units. These guys show up on time, work hard, charge a fair price, haul off their trash and always return calls without fail. You can pay more but you cannot do better than calling Rise.

These guys were fantastic. They came out quick on a hot summer day and had us up and running in no time and for about half the cost we paid to have to other one fixes a couple of years ago.

The owner and staff at Rise are professional and knowledgeable. They responded in a timely manner to address our AC going out during the recent heat/humidity. After inspecting our older unit, I received a quote within a couple of hours that was very reasonable. My wife was home during the install and had nothing but positive comments about the work ethic of the crew. They took extra care to ensure the mess was kept to a minimum (under house access is inside) and made sure the job was done correctly. We will definitely call Rise again should we need help with our AC/heating system.

They are my best AC company I have so far. They even answer my text at night and weekend. Their prices are reasonable.

My heart sunk when we got home late Friday night to discover our air conditioner wasn’t working. We were keeping our 6 month old granddaughter the next day and on top of that it was the 4th of July. Rise Heat and Air came out immediately on Saturday morning even though it was a holiday and had our air conditioner up and running in about 20 minutes. Ben went above and beyond to take care of us and didn’t leave until he was sure our unit was running properly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and we will absolutely use them again in the future!

Beyond happy with service! In our first real heat snap of the year, our AC stopped cooling. After fruitless calls to mult larger repair companies, who couldn't schedule a service call for weeks...I noticed Ben's ratings here. Called Rise, got Ben HIMSELF. Was shocked when he said he would come check it same day!! They were on another job, but instead of waiting until after, which would have been amazing enough, he called back and said he was going to be there in a few minutes while his crew continued work at the other job!(parts were being aquired so he had a lull. Didnt abandon a customer) He was here less than an HOUR after my call. He was professional, friendly, assessed the system and repaired it immediately!!! I CANNOT say enough to relay how happy we were with Rise!! Weeks of no AC waiting for a service call with oyher companies, versus, RESPONSE, REPAIR and GREAT PRICE all within THREE HOURS??? No contest! Never using another HVAC company again!!! Well done!!!!

Service was good but extremely expensive. Felt like I was over charged for service $300+. Will not use this company again.

Ben and company did a great job on removing and installing a replacement HVAC heat pump for my home. The underpromised, overdelivered on an install date and performed a top quality job with a 10yr warrantied system. I highly recommend you look to his company to get a quote on work for your home of business.
