You’ll be good unless Kyle helps you . Drove 45 minutes to buy a heater he said he had , needless to say he didn’t have one. No apologies, he only blamed me lol. Smh kids theses day. Manager on duty seemed nice and said he should of laid eyes on it before he told me he had it. Kyle is lazy and full of excuses

The part counter is great here. Able to help me find the part I needed quickly and really knew what they were doing.

I had a problem with one of the key codes they were very helpful and we got everything worked out fast. very good customer service two thumbs up

I found it to have every tool a man would need at reasonable prices. The quality of tools is much better than Harbor Freight. The employees are very eager to help and very polite.

I like this company but the way you ALMOST tricked me into joining your advantage club was not cool. I almost joined it without realizing it. Makes me think you intended it that way. Don’t be that company.

I’ve been a huge Northern Tool fan for years and have spent money in multiple locations throughout the country, but this location has absolutely the worst selection and prices I’ve ever seen. Someone needs to step in.

It had been a while since I had visited Northern Tool. WOW the selection and quailty of tools seems to be better than I remembered. Good tools fair prices.

Seems to be pretty well organized with friendly employees. Prices and selection of items similar to Harbor Freight, but this is much closer to Madison if you live in that area.

Have enjoyed the quality and selection, most notably finding the best option for a given tool at Northern in Huntsville, AL. Service, selection and knowledge of staff first rate.
