I was told to take an Ego Chainsaw that was still under warranty here to get it fixed/replaced by their repair service department. The man was friendly but each time I call to check on it, he says he should get to it in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and he hasn't finished. They told me originally about a week.

Just discovered this place and needless to say I'm a fan. The crazy thing is that I have passed it every day this year in one way or another and never noticed it because of where it's located.

Great store very clean and the employees were amazing. It has everything you could need as far as tools go. Just a weird location you could drive right by it

Had ordered a couple tires for my yard trailer that were out of stock for quite some time. As soon as they came in I received a call that they were in. Great service and lots of inventory ( except the tires I needed). pretty knowledgeable people working there. Good prices for tools and all sorts of equipment.

Staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience.

They need to get some people that are knowledgeable about what products they do or don’t have in stock. Talked to two different people and the first one said they didn’t have thickness planers at all. So I called back and the next guy seemed confused until I told him the website said they had one and then he said oh yeah we do. But I just needed blades for mine and he said oh no we only have the planet itself. Well. The website said they had blades so I went and looked and sure enough. They had blades.

sales rep was very helpful and informed me how to order on line, only complaint is the long wait time (over 15 minutes) I under stand though because of shortage on help. other wise good job

love this store. very clean and a good variety of items. great people and very helpful. Order the products all the time. I have bought several items from this store and do not have one bad thing to say. Have always had good luck with the items and I am currently still using all of them
