Excellent customer service. No cell service inside (AT&T) and I probably couldn't feed myself without Google. Luckily I was approached by an associate and asked if I needed assistance before I even had time to check for wifi. He was very knowledgeable and took me directly where I needed to be, all while explaining the options and prices with a smile on his face. I left with exactly what I needed and I will most definitely be back.

great place high quality tools and lower cost tools wide selection, real clean and neat friendly, I could have stayed in there for hours a real tool store with tires.

Good overall, with a few exceptions. 1. I use a password generator to strengthen my passwords. I had no idea that the webpage changed my generated password by one character due to capitalizing it and it doesn’t like that. 2. There was a check box to save certain information. If that check box is non-functional then it needs to be removed. 3. If I am already signed into the page, why am I asked to sign in again to check out? These problems aren’t deal breakers but they are certainly annoying and on a less relaxed day, I would have been much less patient and looked for my items elsewhere. Good overall site but too many troublesome hoops.

They're always nice and friendly in this store. Wish we had one in Cullman so much better than Harbor freight.

First time shopping here. This store has so much, lawn mowers, cement mixers, power tools, impact tools, hand held told of all kinds for big and little jobs and clothes plus lots more. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Cost more than Harbor Freight Will go back to shop at this store in the future. Also 10% discount for veterans.

Setting up a work utility trailer. They have all the items needed for attaching tools to the wall and securing a tool case to the wall. Also got the items I needed to install an air pressure system in my garage. Great supply place.

Always helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store.

I found the store very clean, organized and easy to get around. The personnel were all very nice and the young lady at the register was so helpful. I left there with new happiness. I enjoyed the visit and the purchases.

Called store to ask about item and return policy. They were SO HELPFUL. Will pick it up tomorrow!
