Delta Heating & Air Conditioning

John explained that he would install my compressor after I bought it. I drove out of state to get the compressor and he then explains he will not install it stating that I was shady and probably wouldn't pay him. I explained I could pay him before he do the job and offered to sign a non warranty contract. He made me waste at least $700 dollars. So disappointed as I did everything he asked of me. He installed a starter the week prior and (was to come back and install the compressor)
