Called for air duct cleaning. They came out and gave me a song and dance about damage to my ducts...even showed photos. ALL A LIE!! Ihad a second person check behind them and this time I went up into the attic with them. There was NO damage. None. You could see where he walked due to dust disturbances and he didn't even check all the ducts that he said needed replacing. A $129 cleaning turned into a $4000 totally unnecessary "repair" estimate. THEN, after they left, the furnace wouldn't turn on. I checked the breaker etc. No go. I called and was told to call for emergency repair...he refused to come out and fix whatever he had done. I told him that I was going to complain, so he sent another person out who said a fuse was "popped"...it was working just fine before they started messing around! ALL A SCAM targeting seniors. Run away from these people! Run away!!

AC went out on Friday before Labor Day weekend. I have a new baby in the house so waiting was not an option. Superior was the only company that answered my call. I called their emergency number and a tecnician was at my house in less 30 minutes and had the AC running within 30 minutes from arriving.

When our A/C went out on a hot summer day. we had Justin with Superior Heating & Air in Harvest service our A/C, and he provided excellent service. He shows up on time and explains everything in layman terms, and the charges were fair. We will continue to have him provide preventative maintenance on our A/C & heat pump system on a regular basis.

Have used multiple times for commercial and home unit. Quick response, fair pricing, easy to work with, and fixed my AC.

We've had great experiences with Superior Heating and Air. They are quick to schedule technicians to come out and are on time. The staff is very pleasant and the technicians have always taken the time to answer any questions we have.

Came out at 11 pm quick, professional, less than 45 minutes to repair. Will be getting service contract.

Was able to get next day service for a problem with my air conditioner. Chad, who did the service was very professional and nice. I will use them again for sure.

I have used several different companies for HVAC repair in the Huntsville area and Superior will be the only one for me in the future. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
