Another super speedy service call at a super reasonable price!

Olan replaced and upgraded an undersized and worn-out Heat Pump in my first home over 20 years ago, complete with a 10 year extended warranty on both parts and labor at a very reasonable out-the-door price. Over the last 20 years he's been out a handful of times -- some under warranty, some not -- to diagnose and fix various minor issues and maintenance items that typically occur during the lifetime of a Heat Pump. Each visit was prompt, courteous, efficient, reasonably priced, and most of all delivered a quick and long-lasting solution.

True to form this morning, Olan arrived within 15 minutes at the same house -- with the same 20+ year old Heat Pump -- to make quick work of a capacitor replacement project, and was able to keep the heat going on a chilly morning in less than an hour total!

The drain pipes for our A/C backed up, causing water damage in our attic and garage. Olan's Heating and Air showed up within 15 minutes, and had the pipes cleaned out and draining 30 minutes later. We had him come back out two weeks later to re-route the pipes so this wouldn't happen again. He had to cut into the garage wall, through to the exterior of the house, cut pipes, install new pipes, and caulk, and he did it all in an hour. He didn't take smoke breaks, didn't talk on his phone, and didn't try to push extra service, which are all things I have dealt with in the past from other companies. I even saw him wiping up the garage floor to make sure he got all of the sheet rock dust cleaned up. His prices are very reasonable, and he is pleasant and easy to work with. I will definitely hire him for our future A/C needs.

I have never met a HVAC company so through, reasonable in price and professional. The job was done in 45 mins at my house, he diagnosed that it was the capacitor problem, he replaced it and fixed the problem within 30 mins. I will definitely use this company again for future service.

Olan service was excellent found the problem on the first trip out and the unit was up and going with in a few hours. Awesome job.. Prior to his service other company made seven trips out and still didn't resolve the issue. I highly recommend!
