Plumbing crew came out, I gave them our inspection list and they had it all fixed by lunch. Awesome polite guys. HVAC crew is working on the ducts right now and are providing if not exceeding the same quality of work and professionalism. Also quoted me half the price of another company that rhymes with Mrs. Eclectic

I originally gave them a 4 star but I felt something just wasn’t right about my experience. They did not show up for my initial appointment, so I had to call them the next day and ask them if they were still coming out. They did show up the next day . He told me there was an $89 service charge plus ever how many pounds of refrigerant my unit would take at $100 a pound. My unit held 4 pounds so he acted like he was doing me a favor by waving the service charge and charged me a total of $400. I called 2 different places the next day and both places charged a service charge in line with what I was told but the refrigerant was $40 a pound at one place and $50 a pound at the other place. So even with a service charge the most I would have paid would have been $289. So please ask questions before you just call somebody out. I guess you live and you learn, but I definitely won’t be using them again.

We had a busted pipe in bathroom..running under floor to underneath home. We had to cut water on and off. Very inconvenient when u have older ones to care for. We got a quote and they had to repipe our old house due to so many rusted and leaking copper pipes.
We are so pleased ..what nice young men. Very efficient ,courteous , and didn't take weeks..just a couple of hard working days!!.

We contacted them last minute due to HVAC failure and they responded quickly . A Tech arrived and got us a new unit installed fast , which was long overdue. The pricing was more than fair . And I pleasantly surprised that the work was far better looking than I believed I would get . They say you can get something quick , cheap or done right. But you can only have two . I think we got all three and will use them moving forward for maintenance

Chandler Wise serviced our Rinnai on demand hot water system. Technician was very professional and informative. Will use again.

Garry and his partner did a good job on my facet and toilet replacement. What really impressed me is that they found my toilet had not been bolted correctly to the floor and fixed that issue. Most plumbers would have ignored that detail or at least the previous plumber had. I was not charged for the extra work as Garry said it was only fair to do the job right. Let me say that Wise Plumbing has integrity like I hope to get from all professionals though often do not.

Hollis did a wonderful job, was very professional and very timely in repairing my A/C unit. Everyone at Chandler Wise has been wonderful and very helpful. I definitely recommend them and I will use them again! Thanks!

I have infinite words of recommendation for Garry Wise Plumbing. We live in Madison in a 3,000 sq ft home that is fairly new. We've experienced three water leaks in 18 months. The original (pex) pipes were defective material on the manufacturer's part. Frustrated to no end, we made the decision to replumb our entire house. Get out the old pipes and install new ones. We got 5 estimates and selected Chandler Wise plumbing based on their professionalism and presentation. They addressed all our questions and concerns. Adrienne, the office manager, is the glue that holds it all together. She is top notch! If I could give them 6 stars I would! I can't put into words how good they made on their word and how they went the extra mile. They were knowledgeable, prompt to action, and restored our water to new conditions. They were very responsive to our pickiness and cleaned up the job site better than it was when they arrived. Replumbing an existing home that’s furnished and a family living in all parts of it was a challenge but they did superior work and made the process so much more pleasant than we could have expected. What I also appreciated was their willingness to come back and address minor issues. Best in the area in my opinion.
