Javier, Collin, and Jesse did a great job. Had my new ac unit and water heater installed within a few hours of signing proposal. The new unit is quiet and seems to be of good quality. I would highly recommend Autumn Heating and Cooling to friends and family.

Well this guy trys telling us that we needed a WHOLE new unit when in actuality we need 1 part and to find where the freon is leaking. He says it's holding freon when I know for a FACT it's empty. He did not go into the crawl space of where part of the unit is located. This guy is trying to sell us something we don't need. Reason being, our 18 yr.old son was the one home who doesn't know any better than to just let him in. Didn't talk to my wife or me about anything. Very unsatisfied with this company. We have 5 properties and while our normal ac guy was servicing our rentals(while we waited days for the first company you sent) looked at it and told us exactly what was wrong.... NOTHING MORE THAN REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR.

I just need an estimate on getting a new unit installed. Chase came and was kind and explained exactly what needed to be done and what it should cost to get it done. He was very professional.

So thankful for Jeff and his team. So professional, helpful, informative, and efficient. We called the night our air conditioner went out, Jeff came that night to offer options and quotes, then they arrived and installed the very next morning. They had the air on by lunch and completed modifications by dinner. Jeff considered our concerns and needs, then offered multiple options to meet both. Leaps and bounds above the competition. They made sure everything was properly set up and running as efficiently as possible before leaving. They even cleaned up after themselves. Description of work:
Heat Pump and Air Handler Replacement - increased from 4ton unit to 5ton unit - duct work modifications to accommodate increase. Original construction of our home, 12 years ago, was rushed and the a/c and duct work was thrown together quickly and in a sloppy manner. Our duct work was constricting air flow and in need of modifications. Our power bill was astronomical. So we called Autumn Air.

Michael did a fantastic job, has a great personality and is very transparent with issues and how to repair them. I highly recommend Autumn Air and Mr. Bowers!

Our air conditioner decided to break down late Friday night, so I found myself in the position of trying to find someone to come out on Saturday to fix it. After calling numerous other companies that were in my area, each time just being told they had no available service time except later in the week, (none of them even asked exactly what the unit was doing, or what was wrong). I found Autumn Air online, and even though they weren't in my area, I figured I had nothing to lose trying them. My call was answered professionally, and he took my info and told me that they were pretty full for the day, but that they would try to fit me in. He asked me for details on what was wrong. After about 10 minutes, he called me back saying that they had a cancellation and a tech could be. at the house in about an hour. An hour later the tech was here and within 30 minutes we had cool air!!! I want to thank Autumn Air for taking the time to talk to me and for fitting me into their busy schedule on such a hot Saturday. The price was VERY reasonable, especially considering that it was a Saturday in the busy Summer season. I would recommend this company to everyone I know!

Corey did a great job! He assessed my unit and made a recommendation based on the condition of the part instead of going for the sale! Loving Autumn so far!
