I have always had great service from Autumn Air. Nick handles all of my maintenance and repairs on three HVAC systems. Nick is always on time and calls when he is on the way which helps me plan appropriately. I really appreciate his professionalism and I sure hope he sticks around for a long time. Most home service companies are a pain to deal with but Nick and Autumn Air are the exception.

Absolutely amazing service! Got to me within 3 hours on an emergency call in 92-degree weather. Repair was made within 15 mins, and my air is blowing cold as ice — even better than before it went out! Will recommend them to everyone and never again use another company!

Autumn Air was assigned by my home warranty company after Accu-Air did not complete the job. I reached out to them to ask about changing the time they were scheduled to be at my home. They gladly accommodated my request. They were scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4 pm. The technician called me that day and asked if it was ok to come early. I gladly accepted the change. He arrived at the time he told me he would arrive. The technician was excellent! Chase Cook was completely professional. He was knowledgeable and did an outstanding job! He explained everything and has my unit repaired sooner than previously expected. I would highly recommend this young man any day. This is a great company and they should be proud to have Chase as an employee!
