Could not be happier with the service we received from Autumn Air, they were honest and upfront with me from start to finish. Our salesman Corey was very insightful and upfront, our techs Collin and Jesse did a great job and were very professional and treated the job as if they were installing it in there own home. The owner Jeff even came by a couple of time to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with what was going on. He even polished up the new ceiling cassette after the job was complete. I feel how reasonable and honest this company treated me was top notch and you can’t go wrong using them!

Five star company. Used them over the years, all the tech guys are awesome, helpful, friendly and know how to fix the problem. Very reasonable especially for the service they provide. Wouldn't use any other company.

Called Autumn Air this morning and the technician Corey arrived earlier than promised. The service he provided was great! Corey was pleasantly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. We felt like we’d known him all our lives. He fixed the problem in no time at all and gave us options without making us feel pressured. We were so pleased that we ended up signing up for the yearly maintenance plan on the spot which was a great value for the price. Thanks Autumn and Corey!!!!

Ryan was amazing. My ac unit just didn't want to cooperate. Ryan figured the problems out and fixed them all. Autumn air and their associates Are wonderful to deal with. Thank you Ryan and Shannon so much for your service.

Do NOT recommend this company at all. Would avoid if at all possible, Home warranty company picked them when my hvac stopped turning on, turns out it was a shorted wire to the contactor. they 'fixed' it to the point that now the hvac unit will not turn off. better yet, the technician (Chase Cook) diagnosed the problem in a way that my home warranty company will not pay for the problem even though it was clearly. due to normal 'wear and tear' as specified in my contract. Do NOT use this company.

Chase Cook replaced my system and was very professional and helpful. He has touched base with me weekly on how my system has been performing and has been very very friendly throughout the whole process.
