We need a new thermostat installed and maintenance done to our AC unit. Spencer was very knowledgable and friendly. Showing up on a holiday weekend in a moment's notice is a true sign of professionalism. I feel like we made a friend during the process. I have no doubt that he will do well and represent the company. We have been with Autumn Air for over 5 years and they always go beyond our expectations.

If I could give a zero after them not fixing the problem I would . Guy didn’t see a problem so he changed a contact. 15 min after he left same problem occurs. Apparently he’s not an a.c. Guy been waiting told he may have to come after hours. I don’t want the same guy back cause he didn’t fix it the first time./ Yes I was ugly cause the guy never came back to the house to look and see what the problem was…… If he thought it was the fan then why didn’t he say that when he was at the house. It’s not my fault you have an incompetent person working in you company. Shooting from the hip and guessing at problems is not professional. If you’re not professional I’m definitely not going to be polite. Also who was trying to help me? Your guy was late didn’t fix the problem then I’m told I have to wait til after hours for him to come back. Then he sends the home warranty people a guess part at what he thinks might be wrong without seeing what’s going on.

Chase was sent out as part of a repair request from our home warranty company. We have had issues with the system since we moved into the house in 2020 and have had a few different companies come out. This was a completely different experience as Chase did a full system review and provided us with some general education on the overall system functionality and why we were having so many issues. We had planned on replacing the system within the next couple of years, but decided to move up that timeline as the old system was not the right size for our house and was causing Air Quality issues. Chase and Melissa from the Accounting Team assisted with the financing process and we were able to get the new system installed within three days of the initial service call (Friday to Monday Afternoon). The team at Autumn Air were very helpful at every step, installation was made simple from the home owner perspective, although the home builder made some interesting installation choices with the original unit. Chase was in contact throughout the process to confirm any decisions that needed to be made for issues found during the install. I highly recommend Autumn Air and will be using them for all of our HVAC services moving forward. Big thanks to Chase, Melissa, and the install team!

This company was sent out by Choice Home warranty. My system was cooling properly and the outside line was icing up. Chase came out and looked at system. He told me that my coils were dirty, ductwork was full of mold, and there was an obstruction in the line, but unable to find a leak. He proceeded to tell me that my system needed cleaning in which he sprayed outside unit with water hose and charged $129 for that service. He told Choice that the coils on the inside unit was dirty and not maintained, but did not clean.

He proceeded to tell me that my ductwork needed replacing and he could replace it for $250 a month for ten years. He also stated that my system need replacing and it could be done for about $20000. I paid him $85 for service call and $129 for hose down on outside unit. I asked him if refrigerant needed to be added and he said yes, but it want take it. He never tried.

I called another serviceman the next day whom checked for leaks, obstructions, and ductwork. He didn’t find the problem. He stated that there maybe a very small leak, but he was unable to detect. He added almost two pounds and it is functioning properly. He did stated that my coils were not dirty and the outside unit was not properly cleaned.

The tech did not arrive within the timeframe given. He was very accurate with the issue of my AC unit, told me it would take months to have someone come out to repair, but failed to put in notes or report to my home warranty, and the next day, he left for vacation. So now I am still awaiting a ETA on repairs because the company can’t get in touch with him, and I am in a home with a toddler with no AC.
Update: I did receive a phone call soon after this post and it cleared up my situation ALOT! Thanks for that! Updating from 2 stars to 4!!
