Don Carter Heating & Cooling is a first-class company that provides high quality work at a fair price. We have used them for 20 years (both new installations and maintenance/repair). Their technicians are well-trained and have a low turn-over rate, so customers get a consistent level of great service. Alvie was the technician at our house today, and he showed up on time,identified the problem, suggested repair options (with pricing), and fixed the unit. Great customer service.

I don't know where Mr. Carter finds his technicians, but we appreciate every one of them who has serviced our HVAC unit.
In addition to being reliable, knowledgeable and dedicated to the job at hand, they have been kind, polite, and someone I'd welcome into our home any time.
Plus, Jennifer is the sweet voice on the phone who has been very helpful in scheduling service calls.

We just had a new heating and cooling system installed by Don Carter H & C, and I highly recommend them! We had them maintain our old system, and they extended the unit for a couple years. They are honest and courteous. Chris White was wonderful to work with, as were the installers and Jimmy, who double checked the installation and got it started. He answered all our questions.

The staff was extremely impressive. I had fast and timely responses with all of my interactions. The team took the extra step to even find out that my HVAC unit was still under warranty which saved my family a lot of money. The team that came to our house for repairs and installs were extremely nice and courteous. The service technician if I'm saying this correctly explained everything very well and made sure it was explained at the simplest level which was great especially for people who don't understand the systems. I highly recommend checking them out the prices are a little bit higher than some not all but I have total faith in what was done and purchased. I know that the support my family will need in the future will be taken care of with this team. Thank you to the Don Carter staff for all that you have done. I highly recommend checking them out.
