Had an appointment ... no one showed up and no one called to say why. When we called to see where they were we were told he had ran into an issue with his first appointment..understandable... only we were told we would be the first appointment. Then she said our appointment would have to be moved to next Wednesday ...6 days from now...because he had appointments the rest of the day..WHAT...excuse me but what about our appointment???

I'm sorry I would have to disagree with the bad review. We've used Allen Brown for years and the secretary has always been nice. I manage a bunch of rental houses for my mom and they always come the day after I call. My mother-in-law had an AC guy tell her the next time he came out he'd have to replace the unit. Allen Brown and his technicians have never pushed a new unit on her and her's is working fine. That was two years ago. So that tells me they are honest and the guy she had been using was a scammer. And it is an old unit. Everyone has their bad day but I've had nothing but good experiences.
