Southeast Quality HVAC and Refrigeration

We have a major issue with the encapsulation you all installed. I have been having an issue with our AC unit not working due to major holes in the foam all over the roof and removing the insulation you all performed. I am going to have my AC fellow, Alex call you from C&A Air whom he and his Dad Calvin have commercial contracts with Huntsville Hospital and other major firms.

I do not want to report this to the TVA Energy Right team. You all need to make this right, from what I was not before this whole job was started.

If you’re going to drive a billboard down the road, you should really drive safer. It really blows my mind people drive company trucks with their name and phone number plastered on the side of a truck while having no regard for the safety of others.

I highly recommend Southeast Quality! My heat stopped working after hours during a snow/ice event and Chambers came right out and got the emergency system functioning until he could secure the parts needed for a full repair. He was extremely professional and prompt. My heat works great now and the bill was very reasonable. I will definitely use Southeast Quality again!

I had a great experience with this company. They sent a very professional guy named Chambers out to my house, same day, within a few hours of me calling. My older AC unit had went out. I felt that he shot straight with me and that he did really quality work. The pricing was very reasonable. 10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
