I have always found them very responsive. I also have a yearly maintenance agreement with them so that they routinely come spring and fall to check my systems out fully.

Came out and say and fixed our a/c!

Our A/C went out on Wednesday afternoon. I waited for my father-in-law to try to help me with finding a compressor/condenser and installing it for me. Thursday evening I spoke to Mr. Billy. I called Mrs. Frances Friday morning and by 3:00 pm Saturday I had a complete inside/outside Trane heat pump system installed and working. The tech even stayed for a while to make certain everything was working properly.
We weren't expecting this expense and didn't have enough money to make this all happen. "No problem!", says Mr. Billy. He told me about a financing option through Alabama Power. Mrs. Frances got it all taken care of and now we have cold reliable air in the summer and look forward to having hot and more affordable heat this winter.
Thank you so much Mr. Billy and Turn Key for a "Chick-Fil-A" experience with what began as a dreadful situation facing 90 degree temps with no A/C and no way to afford it on our own. Great Job!!!

This company installed my new unit. Within the first year the blower motor went out. I was told for weeks that the part was on order and hand not arrived. After 3 weeks of non calls I decided to call another company. I was told that part was very common and always in stock at the same location these clowns lied to me about. I wouldn’t trust them to install a new light bulb in my home.

I just bought a home after last Christmas, so this summer is my first in my house and the very first time using the AC, it didn't work. My home warranty company called Turnkey Heating and Air, and a guy named Chris came out the day after my request was put in. I have a son who is a heart baby with Trisomy 21, and he has a fragile immune system and he cant get really hot, or be anywhere with the temperate being to warm for him. Chris was able to fix the issue the same day he came out, and advised the AC had to much coolant. He leveled it out for me and we got a new filter, and cool air was immediate!

A day after the issue was resolved, a leak appeared in my garage and and I had to make another call. Logan came out this time and had to replace my condenser box. Issue fixed!! Both of these guys were great!! They were friendly, informative, and took great care of the issues for me in less than an hour when they were at the house. If you are looking for great, timely service, be sure to give TurnKey Heating and Air a call. Chris and Logan, you guys are awesome. They were so nice and took care of my mom's ac on short notice. Will definitely use them again

Moved my entire family and a few friends over to them already after my experience with them versus what I had been through with another company. I will continue to use them as long as I feel I am being treated right same with my mom my brother and the friends that have moved over.

Can not recommend! They were sent out for home warranty work. We are now worse off than we were before. Had to have the home warranty company send out someone else.

The personnel at Turn Key are very professional and courteous. Very prompt service. They have been servicing my unit for many years before and I've always been very pleased. I had a unit that was twenty plus years old and they did everything humanly possible to keep it alive. I just recently purchased a new unit (Bryant) and am very pleased with the workmanship and service that they provided. Never before have I seen such attention to detail. I'm extremely pleased and will be proud to have Turn Key service my unit for years to come. Thanks guys, you're awesome!
