Highly recommend. Everyone from the owner to the office staff to the technician was very professional and courteous. Received a confirmation call the morning of the appointment. The technician arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and handled the repair quickly. Was very patient with questions and friendly. The pricing was clear and very reasonable. I called three companies and decided on Turn Key Heating and Air and am so glad I did. They have a customer for life because it is clear they understand customer service is important.

Couldn't be happier with installation and cost our heat pump system from Turnkey Heating and Air. Began to have doubts about another company we used for years. Turnkey was recommended by builder neighbor. They installed a better system for over $3,000(!) less in 1 day (compared to 2 days) as quoted by other contractor and the guys were polite, explained the system to us and cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend.
