Turn Key Heating & Air LLC

We have used Turn Key for a few years now to keep both our old systems running. We trust them to replace only what needs to be replaced and the price is always fair.

Unfortunately, before we met Turn Key, we had other companies sent to us by our home warranty company. They said they would replace the entire system which sounded good. Then I figured out how much I would have to come out of pocket after they had bled the home warranty company for all they could get.

Never had to worry about that with Turn Key.

I have never had a problem with the service.
They are prompt and the fee is fair.

I recently had issues with heat and then air at my home. The folks at Turn Key were very helpful in getting this resolved right away. I called to have them out on a Wednesday and by Saturday the whole unit was replaced. I had a company through my home warranty quote me 3k more than what I was able to have done by Turn Key. Very happy with the outcome. New Carrier system is working great. Thanks Logan and Francis!

Technician took time to diagnose problem and then explained it and gave options. After correcting problem he came back out a week later to make sure everything was good. Excellent service and knowledge. Nathaniel was great and obviously knows what he is doing.

These Guy's were great, they came in ready to do the job!!! They were focused and very nice and respectful, after the job was completed they cleaned up after themselves, I greatly appreciate that, I felt very comfortable having them at my home. I am very happy, job well done.

I’ve been using Turk Key for 6 years now. They’re never let me down and are very honest people. I really appreciate all that they’ve done for me.

They’ve installed new systems for my newly constructed house, installed a new unit at my M-i-L’s house, have serviced my units, and just wrapped up servicing an older unit for the house we just purchased.

100% recommend. Called office mid day Thur, Francis was pro, Logan showed up a few hrs later and took care of ac part malfunction, pretty quick, informative, and pro! We' ve had quite a few things come up home repair wise that cost us thousands of $$ and the experience was super poor and disappointing. Thanks Turn Key for breaking that chain and providing a stellar experience.

They were friendly and very professional. Cleaned up when they were finished.

Came home after being away for a week to house that was 97 degree inside. Called Turnkey and they came out within 4 hours. They diagnosed, explained the issue and repaired in about an hour or so. Tech was great, highly recommend.
