    Had a problem with upstairs air, have a warranty. Turnkey sent Nathan out, he figured out the problem even though I have an old unusual compressor/water heater system. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and asked If I had any questions. Never had any other tech do that. Hes a great tech and an example of "how it should be done"

    Got a quote today for an AC replacement for my house. The guy that showed up was very polite but was very unprepared in my opinion. He showed up with no paperwork. He did nothing to try and sell me on anything he had to offer from his basic to his fancier equipment. The quotes I got for various brands/efficiency ratings seemed like guesses.
